Ajeya Matthiesen serves as the Director of Operations & Client Services at Pele Law Group, where she combines compassionate client care with a passion for business operations. In addition to overseeing client services, Ajeya leads the firm’s operational initiatives, focusing on developing efficient systems, optimizing workflows, and continually improving the client experience. Kannon Long – Client Services Assistant
